4. Service Agreements
All services provided by Blue Crest Custom Homes and Renovations including custom home builds and home renovations are governed by individual project proposals or contracts agreed upon before work begins. These documents outline specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
We work collaboratively and include revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions, change orders, or requests outside the original project scope may incur extra charges.
You agree to provide timely feedback, content (such as project selections, specifications, or permits), and any necessary property access required to complete the project. Delays in communication or material decisions may extend project timelines.
Payments
Payment terms are detailed in each project's invoice or contract. Deposits are typically required before construction or renovations commence, with progress payments scheduled throughout project milestones. Failure to submit payment may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Upon final payment, you own the completed custom build, renovation, or physical deliverables created for you. Blue Crest Custom Homes and Renovations retains ownership of all preliminary designs, draft plans, proprietary building methodologies, and photographic media. We may feature completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
